"[...] The technological and digital revolution currently sweeping the industrial world inevitably goes hand in hand with the emergence of new skills and new professions... The world of production is undergoing profound change, and training organizations must have the right tools to meet these new challenges.
It is therefore in this context that the educational division comes into play, a subject that is relatively unknown in the industrial world.
The business consists of equipping engineering schools, university technology institutes, vocational high schools, and technical colleges with solutions designed to train students in new technologies, specific processes, etc. Our in-house design office works on the learning programs. This part of our expertise is truly the genesis of ERM.
The aim is clearly to train young people in new technologies and the various requirements of tomorrow's industry. Teaching methods enable production lines to be changed, because once they arrive at their workstations, trained young people bring a fresh, innovative perspective thanks to the skills they have acquired during their apprenticeship.
