"[...] with the acquisition of part of Socabelec's business, we took on 18 people, some of whom had been with the company for nearly 30 years. For my part, I inevitably brought about changes and new ideas. It was therefore necessary to put in place a transition management plan to make this project a success and ensure that everyone found their place in the new structure. For the moment, I can say that it has been a success, because no one has left and some have even come back (laughs)!"
